WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Be the face of Cult Éire for our customers
— handling enquiries with warmth, speed,
and professionalism
— Manage order updates, returns, and customer
communications via email
— Support our social media presence and
engage with our growing community
— Identify opportunities to improve the
customer experience
— Represent the Cult Éire brand with
impeccable standards in every touchpoint

WHO YOU ARE:
— Passionate about luxury fashion and
female empowerment
— An exceptional communicator — written
English is flawless
— Detail-obsessed and self-motivated
— Comfortable working independently
in a remote environment
— Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or
customer service is a plus
— Based in Ireland or available within
Irish business hours
